Cindi Polychronis
Board Member
Cindi Polychronis serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the consulting firm David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA). She oversees DEA’s risk management, legal, human resources, communications, records management, and administrative teams, and serves as the executive project manager on strategic initiatives.
Cindi is the firm’s chief ethics officer and is a member of the Board of Directors for David Evans Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of DEA.
A graduate of Northwestern University and Santa Clara University School of Law, Cindi is an attorney licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Cindi lives in Portland with her husband Kelly and children Kyliana and Athan, who experiences Down syndrome. Cindi previously served on the Board of Directors of Disability Rights Oregon from 2017-2023. She rejoined the Board in 2025.
