Christopher Hamilton

Staff Attorney

Christopher joined Disability Rights Oregon in March 2024 as Staff Attorney for the Guardianship Representation Program. 

Christopher comes to us after more than 10 years of private practice in elder law, including guardianships, trusts, and estate cases and has demonstrated experience applying supported decision-making principles when representing a protected person. A native Oregonian, he grew up in Tualatin and graduated from Willamette University College of Law.

Christopher balances work with time spent dancing (swing and fusion), consuming just about any form of science fiction and fantasy (reading, watching, gaming), skiing, and connecting with his loved ones.
