Ian Rosser

Financial Manager

Ian Rosser joined Disability Rights Oregon as Financial Manager in May 2022. Ian is responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and financial management at DRO. 

Prior to joining DRO, Ian worked as a Senior Accountant at Southwest Washington Humane Society in Vancouver. Ian brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis to DRO and held a CPA license in Washington State. Ian holds a Masters of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Utah. 

In his spare time, Ian writes urban fantasy and romance novels set in and around Portland, and helps to manage a writing critique group for up-and-coming authors in the Pacific Northwest.
