Jasper joined Disability Rights Oregon in January 2025. Prior to joining our team, she enjoyed advocating for equity and community-building while juggling front desk duties for Portland Parks and Recreation.

A Bay Area native who moved to Oregon from Oakland during the pandemic, Jasper enjoys Portland's lively music scene in her free time. As a avid animal lover, she can also be seen following around birds and critters, and trying her best to live vicariously through them.
